CROSSING LINES in Newbury: 12th August 2017

The former air force base Greenham Common became the location for a performance that led the audience through a post-apocalyptic landscape full of strange creatures and mysterious incidents. The theme was man’s occupation with his innermost desires. The play was inspired by the novel Roadside Picnic by the brothers Arkady and Boris Strugatsky as well as by Andrei Tarkovski’s seminal science-fiction movie Stalker. 70 visitors were able to join in on the adventure of the 90-minute night walk.
